The owners have thought of everything, from fabulous lighting, an abundance of natural light, a brilliant sound system, televisions in the bedrooms and ultra comfortable beds. On entering At Last the bright and airy hallway leads directly into the modern glass-fronted fantastic bright open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. This is a sociable yet cosy space to relax and enjoy time together. The space works brilliantly, with a kitchen having two ovens, a full height fridge freezer, Quooker instant hot water tap and island unit with stools. There is also a beautiful dining area with a large table and chairs. In the sitting room area there's a wood burning stove to curl up in front of in the winter months. It is light and airy with large glass panel sliding doors leading outside to the fabulous garden, and there is even a spinning bike for fitness fanatics. Off the hall is the utility room, which has a door from outside; perfect for cleaning muddy paws or shedding muddy boots and a downstairs WC. Also on the ground floor, there is a super-king bedroom (which can be arranged as a twin), facing the front of the property, with a smart television on the wall, overhead fan for the warmer evenings and en-suite with large walk in shower and rainfall shower. The staircase, leads up to the second super-king bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, wall-mounted television, Velux windows, built in wardrobes and blackout blinds. Both rooms have quality Egyptian cotton bedding and complimentary toiletries. The garden is to the rear of the property and is accessed via the sliding doors in the living room. There is a sun terrace with a table and benches, steps lead down to the garden area, featuring a large pergola with retracting roof cover, providing shade in the summer, and a large stylish corner sofa with table, modern sun loungers and barbecue area. The garden lends itself perfectly to alfresco dining and relaxing. To the front there is a gravelled area for parking two/three cars and a quiet alfresco area to the hidden gem is not only a perfect location for complete relaxation but is also ideal for lovely walks, cycling, birdwatching and enjoying Norfolk's big skies. Additional Information: Children over 12 years of age welcome. Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). If you would like the ground floor super-king bed as twin beds, please request at time of booking. As the first floor bedroom is in the eaves there may be some restricted headroom for taller guests.
