Condo in Venice

The space The comfortable double room (it is possible to add another bed for the third person) is located only 3 minutes on foot from the train station of Venezia Mestre. The place is well-connected with Venice by public transports. There are many ways to go to Venice: by bus, by train or by tram just within 10-15 minutes. Amenities include: air conditioning, heating, shared bathrooms with hair dryer, towels and internet – WiFi. You can use the kitchen to cook something easy but please keep it in order. There's a balcony where you can sit, have breakfast or smoke. WE OFFER PICK-UP SERVICE from-to the airport. From Treviso airport for 45€ and Marco Polo airport for 35€, please contact us in advance if you need this service. IMPORTANT!: THERE IS A TAX (not included in the price) of 1.40 euro per person per night which is due at arrival. It is possible to leave the luggage here after check-out for a fee of 6 euro. if you'd like to do so please let me know in advance around what time you'll come back and please do not take the keys with you. There's a supermarket (Alì) just 3 minutes far on foot. If you'd like to try chinese cuisine you can find many chinese restaurants nearby. If you'd like to have something fast there's a Mc donald's in the train station. In the centre of Mestre you can find many italian restaurants and pizzeria. HOW TO GET TO MY PLACE: 1) From Marco Polo airport take the bus n 15 or the ATVO bus to Mestre railway. 2) From Treviso airport take the ATVO bus to Mestre railway. 3) If you take the train get off at Ve. Mestre. Exit from the station, go straight and turn left when you see ristorante cinese Delizie. The house is on your right. When you arrive you can just ring the doorbell with the name Wu Giada. If you come by bike you can leave your bike at our garage for free. If you come by car you can park it in front of or near the structure. There are parking spaces with blue lines (0.80€ per hour for 8:00-13:00 and 15:00-20:00 free for other hours, on Sunday and on public holidays). During your stay I won't be staying with you as I'm actually studying in Germany. However, if you have any problem you can contact me and I'll answer as soon as possible.
