From the moment you park in the driveway you know you have arrived in the heart of downtown Ocean City, enjoy staying in an original home built in the late 1800's. Spacious backyard with comfortable seating and a picnic table. From the driveway, 1 1/2 blocks East is the Boardwalk, restaurants, bars, shops, Atlantic Ocean, Ocean City Pier, 2 amusement parks and 3 Arcades. 1 block West is the bay with amazing sunsets, deep sea fishing, boats, jet ski rental, parasailing, restaurants & bars. The space HOME OWNERS LIVE HERE FULL-TIME WITH ONE SMALL HYPOALLERGENIC DOG. THIS PROPERTY IS CANNABIS FRIENDLY. OUR HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2. ONE PRIVATE ROOM, SLEEPS 3 with a double bed, twin bed, mini fridge, Keurig Coffee maker, window unit A/C, ceiling fan, and a space heater. All pillows and linens will be supplied. Bedroom is off kitchen and next to back entrance. There is 24 inch smart TV in the bedroom. PRIVATE BATHROOM, not attached to the bedroom. Bathroom has shower with endless hot water (everyone can have a hot shower), sink, toilet, and closet to hang clothes. All bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste will be supplied. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. PLEASE USE THE OUTDOOR SHOWER AFTER THE BEACH. KITCHEN, has a stove and oven, toaster oven, air fryer, coffee pot, blender, pots and pans, basic spices. Kitchen does not have a microwave, or ice. We do offer a place for dry food storage. We ask that you use the mini fridge we provide in your room and not use the family freezer or refrigerator. We offer a table to sit and enjoy your meals, conversation, board games, puzzles, or catch up on emails. LIVING AREA, one rafter is set low at about 6 feet. There is one TV in the living room with basic cable, a comfortable couch and 2 rocking chairs for you to relax. ADDITIONAL GUESTS (More than 3) We can sleep 3 additional guests in the living room, 2 on a full size air mattress and 1 on a twin size air mattress. The fee for each additional guest is $75.00 per night. We will supply all linens, pillows, and bath towels. Each additional guest will receive all amenities. Please do not sleep on the couch. There is a $250.00 fee for sleeping on the couch. Guest access Your room comes with 1 parking space, Public parking is hard to find in downtown Ocean City. Additional parking for 1 vehicle or trailer may be added for a fee. (If Available) Please ask host in advance about this option. Guests will have shared access to the entire downstairs which includes the living room and kitchen. Guests will also have access to the entire outdoor property which includes outdoor shower, porch, and all additional seating areas. During your stay We will be home during your stay, we live here full time. There is a push key pad lock on the back door. We enjoy walking on the boardwalk, playing on the beach or enjoying the rides, who knows where you will see us! If you want to relax and have quiet time, we respect that. If you are coming with your family or friends and want ideas for fun, we can help you with that. We are always available through Airbnb message to our guests.
