Welcome to our cozy unit! Get ready to be wowed by the amazing view of Valley Lake. Whether you're into playing table tennis, shooting pool, playing foosball or watching Netflix/Prime, we've got you covered. Plus, there's a BBQ for some outdoor fun! You'll have access to a large terrace and backyard, It's the perfect spot for soaking up the sun or having a picnic. You'll find it convenient that we're just 15-min drive from the airport and about a 30-min drive to the city (15 min toll road). The space Our guesthouse has a special studio-like layout with a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living area. Inside the bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, while the living area has a sofa that easily converts into an additional bed for any extra guests. Plus, there's a convenient walk-in robe. Inside the unit, you've got a tennis table, pool table, and foosball table to make your time more entertaining! Stay connected with Wi-Fi, and enjoy your downtime with a TV that includes Netflix and Prime Outside, you'll enjoy a beautiful view and have access to a lovely BBQ area with outdoor seating. Points to Keep in Mind: To get to the unit, you'll enter through the backyard access door. So, if you're not a fan of couple of stairs or prefer a direct entrance, this is something to consider. Also please note that the entrance is through the bedroom as shown in the photos. While public transportation is nearby (1min bus station), having a car can make daily commuting more convenient.
