There are two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one full bathroom in this 2000 square foot home. Bedroom 1 - Queen sized bed - 43 in. TV Bedroom 2 - Queen sized bed - 43 in. TV Living room - Queen airbed - 65 in. TV Dedicated workspace - table & chair Central AC and heating Treadmill Pack n’ play washer/dryer Two car garage The house can accommodate up to 4 people. There is silverware, dishes, a stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, etc. We also include towels and sheets. After each guest's departure, a team of professional cleaners comes in to disinfect the entire property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note NO Pets allowed. The owner has allergies to animals, particularly those with fur. QUITE HOURS are 10PM TO 8AM. NO SMOKING INSIDE. No smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $200.00 per day fine. No more than 4 people inside the property. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or loss of booking. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in a fine of $5,000 and loss of booking. Early and late check in/out depends on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late checkout fee would cost $250 or more, depending on the number of minutes consumed. $100 in addition to the standard cleaning fee if the house is found in poor condition and extra cleaning effort is required. Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without a refund and/or a fine. Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc), and damages and house rule violations (smoking, party, unregistered guests, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit which is from $500 above depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.
