The space We provide you with a new bed of 140 x 190 cm with a new mattress of the brand "Emma", as well as a sofa bed of 160 x 190 cm. Currently, we are unable to provide bed linen and towels. However, it is possible to rent them for a reasonable fee. A new air conditioner was installed in 2025. For the summer, in accordance with the Government's recommendations, we invite you to set the air conditioning to 26°C, an ideal temperature to stay cool while limiting energy consumption. Our studio has undergone renovation work, as well as a complete renovation of the bathroom. Parking around our building – Avenue Porte de France Blue zone (right in front of the building and towards Italy): Parking is free for 3 hours from Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., provided you place a blue disc on the dashboard with your arrival time. It is also possible to purchase a visitor package for €15 for a week via the PayByPhone app, using the parking code 62513.
