Each of our apartments are now not only cleaned but disinfected using products with a minimum of 70% alcohol or bleach. Cleaning refers to using a soap or detergent to remove dirt, germs and impurities, while disinfecting refers to the use of chemicals like bleach or alcohol to reduce or kill germs. All of our linens are washed at the highest heat setting again to kill any possible germs. All our apartments are well ventilated after each guest departure. This is a newly renovated two bedroom apartment with a small balcony in the courtyard. Due to the apartment being toward the back of the building surrounding the courtyard, it is very quiet ensuring a peaceful night sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new as well as all the furniture. There is an open kitchen, dining and lounge room where you can cook and share meals or relax on the sofa with a good book or to watch T.V. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete privacy and have full access to the apartment during their stay. Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator. Check in is available from 14.00 - 00.00 (midnight), however, check ins after 20.00 will incur a late check in fee of 40€, to be paid upon arrival. Stays longer than 7 days will be required to add a weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels for a fee of 50€, to be paid in cash for each additional week.
