The space Old building completely renovated, with all amenities, 195 m2, nestled in a peaceful village in the countryside but not far from the Capital of Time. N°1 Chambre des Forgerons: on the ground floor, without steps, composed of a 160 x 200 bed, a sofa bed and a private bathroom. Separate non-private toilet. N°2 Chambre des Oliviers: upstairs, composed of a 160 x 200 bed. Shared bathroom and toilet. N° 3 Camargue Room: upstairs, consisting of a 160 x 200 bed. Shared bathroom and toilet. N° 4 Venin Room: upstairs, composed of a 160 x 200 bed and two sofa beds. Shared bathroom and toilet. Each bedroom has a small desk. Please note that the wifi speed is slow. Guest access Breakfast is served in our dwelling which is just behind the house where you will be staying. All beds are equipped with quality mattress. A baby bed is available. The house has two stairs to get to the floors and mezzanine. Children are of course accepted but the accommodation does not have a safety barrier. Underfloor heating in the living room on the ground floor, radiators in bedrooms. Music, painting, and literature coexist. Wide screen TV with video library, games for the whole family. Other things to note We are located 15 minutes from the highway (A36), 25 minutes from Les Auxons TGV station, 30 minutes from the historic city center and the Vauban citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 15 minutes from Pesmes (one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France), 4 minutes from Marnay (City of Character). The Dino-Zoo Park (40 min), the Maisons Comtoises de Nancray and the Gouffre de Poudrey (45 min) as well as the Grotte d'Osselle (30 min), the Courbet Museum (50 min) and the Royal Saltworks (55 min) listed by UNESCO are also easily accessible.
