Villa 2 in entered on the first floor and has a large open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with half bath and laundry room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with full walkout terraces and did we mention the amazing views! Fully equipped kitchen, living room/great room, half bath and laundry room on the first floor. The comfy couch can be turned into a bed for kids or extra guest The unit comes with beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and plenty of beach towels. The small set of stairs takes you to the beach and has a shower area with warm water. The snorkeling is absolutely amazing! The large rocks on the beach prevent any atv traffic, offering peace and quiet. Starlink internet provides high speed connection for work or your browsing, streaming needs There is a lovely, very maintained park next door with beach palapas. Tienda popular store is located just up the block from the park and has everything you need within walking distance. Friendly cows wander the beach. You may even see the beautiful burros on the beach too. *This unit is absolute ocean front which does mean there are some stairs from the parking lot to the unit, 52 in total but well worth the effort. It may not be a good fit for those with mobility issues. * This unit is well loved and used by 2 owners so limited dates are available. Our partners listing has some alternate summer dates. Self check in and out make it easy. Buena Vista, located just a mile south of downtown Los Barriles Buena Vista is about a mile south of downtown Los Barriles. Easily walkable to town. Driving takes about 5 minutes but is a little longer distance wise by hwy. We highly recommend getting an atv or side by side atv to get around town or a car for visiting other cool sites. The pool area, bbq and palapa are shared building space. Other owners/renters in the building often gather for a happy hour and welcome others to join. Very helpful, friendly group of people.
