Fully renovated,cozy, quiet 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt with private entrance , living room with full kitchen just a mile away from DCA, Crystal City, 10-15 minute drive to National Mall, Capitol, Arlington Cemetery, Lincoln Memorial, White House, Marine Corps Marathon,downtown DC, Old Town Alexandria.close to everything, yet safe and quiet Free private driveway parking! (please let me know if you'll be using it!) Free street parking The space Private entrance Walk into a new kitchen with a beautiful quartz countertop and all brand new appliances. Living area to the right, with a large sectional sleeper (sleeps 2 adults), TV with Roku (you can use your own credentials for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc, just make sure to log out before you leave :-D). Down the hallway you'll find a full size stacked washer and dryer and a big size fridge with a freezer. First bedroom has a spacious closet and a queen size bed (comfortably sleeps 2 adults), second bedroom comes with a full size bed, as well as a spacious closet. At the end of the hallway you'll find a bathroom with an exhaust fan, a bathtub with a shower. Very close and easy access to DCA (under 10 min drive), Old Town Alexandria (direct bus to King Street Metro stops half a block from the house), Crystal City, Pentagon City, Pentagon and DC. 10-15 minutes walk away from the newly opened Potomac Yard metro (yellow/blue) Suitable for single travelers flying in and out of DCA, business people, couples, friends or families exploring DC. Please note: -smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden -respect quiet hours and do not book this property if you are planning on being loud at any time-especially during the night; Guest access No hassle private entry using an electronic Schlage lock. Free parking on my driveway-please make sure to ask me in advance-do not park without communicating first. Other things to note Strictly no parties or excessive noise. Make sure to choose correct number of guests when booking, and let me know if your plans change.
