Apartment on the Rosalia / Wulkalände

With direct views of the castle, the apartment is located right in the heart of Forchtenstein an der Rosalia. Whether by bike, on foot or by car - in the immediate vicinity is our most famous attraction, the "Forchtenstein Castle," the Reptile Zoo, and various hiking and mountain bike trails. For hot summer days, our pearl, the swimming lake, is a welcome refreshment in the middle of forests and meadows. The space The apartment, which is approximately 90 m², is located on the second floor of my parents' house and is separately accessible via an external staircase. The rooms are very spacious, flooded with light and have only recently been freshly renovated and furnished. The accommodation includes a large anteroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a very large living room, a bedroom, a terrace with direct views of the castle and a small guest room / office which is only separated by a curtain. On site there are up to 6 sleeping places - a large double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and a pull-out bed in the guest room. Since the house is located in a kind of one-way street, there is unfortunately only 1 parking space that we can provide. Other parking options are located about 1 minute away on foot. Guest access Guests have access to the rooms mentioned above (not barrier-free). Two additional rooms in the apartment are locked and are not available to guests. Other things to note Enjoy your time out surrounded by forests, meadows, the hills of the Rosalia, explore hiking trails or go in search of delicious mushrooms and chestnuts in autumn. The property is located just 10 minutes by car from the festival metropolis of Wiesen and offers a comfortable alternative to camping on site.
