The space Our bright, welcoming studio apartment is located on the building’s top floor (fifth floor) and is easily accessible by elevator. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and practicality, it's an ideal choice for holidays, business trips, or remote work. The apartment includes a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, making it suitable for both short getaways and extended visits. The charming loft sleeping area features a 120 cm-wide mattress (please note that the ceiling height in this area is 140 cm). In the main living area, a generous, exceptionally comfortable sofa easily transforms into a large double bed measuring 160×250 cm. For guests who need a workspace, the apartment provides a table and fast, stable Wi-Fi. An ergonomic office chair can be arranged upon request for added comfort during work hours (please let us know in advance if you need one). Other things to note Under Hungarian law, accommodation providers are required to record certain personal data of their guests. Therefore, all guests aged 14 and over must present a valid identification document upon arrival. Without valid ID, we're legally unable to provide accommodation. Parking is possible in our street, on weekdays it costs around 600 HUF/hour (from 8 am to 10 pm), but it's free on weekends (after Friday 10 pm), and public holidays. Please note that a few Saturdays each year are designated as working days, so parking on the street is subject to payment on those days. Please check this in advance if you're arriving by car. A few corners away - 10-15 minutes walk - there is a parking where you can leave your car for a fix price (around 3900 HUF/day), it is the RAM Garage (Bessenyei utca 4-6.).
