Everything is within a short drive of our home. The heart of the Arts District is less than 10 mins away. The LVCC hosts some of the world's largest conferences and is also less than 10 mins. DTLV, considered old Vegas, is 10 mins. The famous LV Strip spans several miles but is only 10 mins away. --This is NOT an event or a party house-- --The max occupancy at anytime is 14. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 14 are allowed at all times-- --To pool is NOT heated and CANNOT be heated-- Welcome to the Baldwin! Open the front door and be welcomed to an open living space. The open floor plan and intimate layout makes spending time with your company easy. Have a friendly match on the pool table while the rest of your group relaxes by the TV! The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, perfect for cooking at home or ordering take out. The TVs are logged in to Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, Paramount+, and Prime Video. Netflix and HBO are downloaded should you want to log in to your personal account. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. To the left of the living room are 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. Down the hallway you'll find 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has a comfortable and cozy king sized bed with a pull out sofa bed! This bedroom has a Jack & Jill bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located at the other end of the home. This bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, TV, and private bathroom. Step into the backyard to an oasis! You won't be able to resist the sparkling pool and hot tub, those hot spring and summer temperatures don’t stand a chance! Enjoy a good BBQ in the summer with your friends and family. You will have access to the entire house, with the exception of a housekeeping cabinets inside the home. You will not have access to these at any point during your stay. We have our gardener scheduled to do his service throughout the week. During this time, he will ONLY access the front and backyard. We cannot reschedule his service. Important information about the pool & spa- The backyard pool and spa are not covered. We will make every attempt to keep the pool and spa as clean as possible, but at times leaves and debris might make their way into the pool. The pool attendant is scheduled only once a week so please keep this in mind when making your reservation. If this is something that might concern you, please ask questions ahead of time to see if his service falls during your stay. He will do his best to finish quickly and efficiently. The grill is propane, feel free to use as needed. If empty, there are various convenience/grocery stores in the area where you can refill. Just send us a picture of the receipt for a reimbursement.
