Private room in our quiet home - no chores!

Comfortable, private retreat, located just east of I-25 and a short drive to Ft Collins, Loveland, Windsor, or Greeley. Spacious bedroom with TV/Roku, Keurig, mini fridge, microwave and a white noise machine. No pets, service animals, or smoking. This is our home and we have family members with allergies so we cannot accomodate pets or even service animals of any type. There will be a cleaning fee if you smoke inside the room or you bring a pet. Please read full listing Windsor CO STR25-005 The space Your bedroom and the shared bath are just inside the front door. The family spaces are not part of the listing and are in the back of the house down a hallway which gives you extra privacy in your room! There is a beautiful front porch with a table and chairs which you may use that looks out on our quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Note: We are in a remote community and there is no public transportation nearby. You will need a car and/or Uber or use a taxi to go everywhere. There are no restaurants within walking distance, although there is a gas station about 1.5 miles west on Harmony Road. Guest access Your bedroom will be all yours unless you let the cat in to share! Your bathroom is adjacent to your bedroom, just inside the front door. It is shared but only for occasional use of the toilet when we are downstairs. You will not be sharing the shower. Your bedroom includes a keurig, microwave, mini fridge, fire extinguisher, white noise machine and alarm clock. The rest of the house including the kitchen and laundry are not part of the listing and are off limits. During your stay Katrina works outside the home during the day but is highly available for contact. Please message her thru the app. Rick works from home but may not be available so try the app first unless it is an emergency. We will generally not be around your space unless you need something or would like to chat and then would be happy to chat with you. Other things to note We have an apt in the basement for Katrina's sister. This is completely off limits and she is not available for any help or contact at any time. She does have a bird and her bedroom is directly under yours. During the day you might hear chirping but at night, the bird is sleeping. There is a white noise machine if the chirps bother you. Quiet hours at my house are 8 pm to 7 am. Please be aware of the bedroom directly under yours for quiet hours
