The space This all brick home was built by a respected contractor for his Mother, and he made it to last! It’s had some essential upgrades, yet retains its original charm and history. The living room dining room has its original oak parquet floor and the length of one wall has original real wood paneling. The master bathroom has all its original bathroom, and the main bathroom has a newly tiled floor. It really does take you back! And yet the fiber optic WiFi, along with U-Verse/Direct Stream TV brings you to the latest technology. Bath towels and beach towels are provided, also body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. Laundry detergent supplied enough for your own needs, and to wash any of the towels sheets while you’re there. We do not change them out. There are large high def TVs in the Wicker (Master) bedroom, the Dolphin (Queen) bedroom, the Monkey (versatile adjustable King or XL twin) bedroom, and the living room, with a smaller tv for Whale bunkbed) bedroom. Each of these 4 bedrooms have plenty of room for 8 and with the comfortable queen sleeper seeps a total to 10 people. There is an air mattress and a full sized crib available request. Important consideration for you. The Monkey Room can be configured into either XL adjustable twins, or a king size adjustable bed. We require a week notice if the beds configuration needs to be changed for your needs. The colossal driveway can easily stack 6 vehicles with room for your truck and boat/camper/tailor. If needed you can park on the street. Just be warned the driveway is steep and we advise you to take backing out at an angle. We are now addressing the lawn, so we ask that you stay on the driveway as there are guiding lights alining the driveway. We hope to have a sprinkler system installed soon. There is room in the kitchen for more than one cook with plenty of counter space and elbow room. And it is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs: pots, pans, baking-ware, Air-fryer, bread maker. juicer, XL electric cooker, mixing bowls, you name it. There’s Starbucks coffee, sugar and creamer, flour, and assorted tea and hot chocolate and a coffee maker that has a hot water dispenser. There is a large assortment of spices in the spice rack, and a few more in the cupboard above along with cooking oils, etc. The majority of doors and cabinets are labeled for your convenience - to help you find what you’re looking for and then put it back where it belongs. There is a bar that looks out over the dining room table, with a view of the big-screen TV. There is a huge sliding glass door that runs the length of the the kitchen that opens up to a fully private outdoor living space where you’ll find a gas grill and a patio with furniture for outside dining or to lounge around on. The patio box is where you’ll find and store the cushions whenever there is inclement weather. Please store them there when not in use. Also in that box are some yard games and toys. On the other side of the kitchen is the laundry space with front load full size washer and dryer. Everything is there for your laundry needs including an iron, drying rack and a full-sized first aid kit. The living area is large and open, with living room couches holds 5, and with 6 dining room chairs and 4 barstools there's plenty of room for all to enjoy the big game or share a movie. The coffee table has wheels so you can roll it out of the center if needed, which is especially helpful when pulling out the sleeper. The TV stand doubles as a dresser. The fully fenced back yard is safe and big enough for kids and pets to run wild. you can play sports if you want, or crocket, water games, tag. There is a cute playhouse for the kids to play right next to and a seating area that sports a gas fire pit for cooler weather. We have baby supplies, including highchair, crib, pack n’ play, infant tub, potty chair, and baby toys. There’s a kid desk with Supplies, and a kid table in the dining room. Xbox & games, Barbie house, kid & toddler Playhouse, assortment of beach equipment, a baby doll with crib, stroller, and highchair. Pickleball equipment, sand, and water table, baby toys. Some may require a deposit. Guest access There is a lockbox where the key is kept. You will have the code to it along with the Wi-Fi password before you arrive and you will find specific details next to the door when you arrive. Although his is a quiet neighborhood, houses are set further apart and off the road, with lots of trees, that gives plenty of privacy and sound insulation; and with thick walls you play loud music inside into the night. We don’t recommend whooping it up too much outdoors after 9 or 10. You have the run of the place with the exception of the lockoff area, which is tied off and locked. there's plenty parking space. ,Once the lawn is reestablished we we'll want you to stay off the grass; but there isn’t any reason to anyway. Park on the street if you wish in front of the property. The bottom of the driveway is very steep. It is best to take at an angle. Be forewarned - you will be charged for any damage or missing items. Other things to note Warning! We have a cleaner we love and want you to respect her as much as we do. We give pretty specific directions for checking out. If the property has more than average mess, such as no attempt at kichen cleanup or the provided beach equipment left sandy and in disaray, or other messes or unexplained damage to property (like stains on carpet, furniture, bedding, comforters, or towels and such that make makes them unusable or requires a repair job or deep excessive cleaning, you will be charged. There will be charges for any damages or missing items, even items as small as pillowcases, and towels, especially the decorative ones. Missing pillowcases or sets require fully replacing a whole set. Rags are supplied in the towel closet top shelf to offset the need to use our good towels
