Our apartment is adjacent to our stable building surrounded by greenery with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Very quiet location surrounded by nature. The space The apartment is on the first floor and is about 100 m². There are 2 double rooms and a room with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet. A fully equipped kitchen also invites you to cook. The cozy Tyrolean parlor, clad with lots of wood, invites you to linger. The apartment is accessible via stairs only. On the ground floor there is a small apartment, which is used by permanent tenants, but these are only present, if at all, during the holiday periods in Germany. The entrance area is shared with the ground floor, the door to the apartment on the 2nd floor can be locked with a key. Parking space for 2 cars is right next to the vacation home. Other things to note As I said, the cottage is adjacent to our stable building. It can happen that it can be a bit noisier at peak times (morning and evening). However, the operation of various machines such as milking system, hay crane and tractor is limited to short times. Dogs are allowed, but for a fee. In principle, there is a leash requirement in the entire area.
