You can visit the Upper and Lower Deck restaurant and bar, just two minutes away. Or head to Rogers Park, where you can swim, picnic, or play volleyball. Comfortable King-sized bed. Experience the beauty of Weeki Wachee! The space This is a detached unit that is renting separately than the main house. Be mindful that whilst you are here, there may be other guests in the main house. Your unit is a 1 bedroom, full bathroom with a kitchenette. You have shared access to the kayak launch, to the kayaks and SUPS. Your backyard access is limited to the seating in front of this unit (there is a patio set outside with chairs). You have excellent views of the canals, the turtles, the fish, and in the evening the garden lights up and is a beautiful view from where you are. This space is perfect for a couple traveling in the area looking for a convenient location. Kitchenette has: Keurig with Kcups creamers and sugars, microwave, refrigerator (in garage), and a propane grill located right outside (propane included), utensils, bowls, plates, mugs, and glasses, etc.. Guest access Refrigerator, washer, and dryer are in the garage. You have access to the kayaks, and the SUPS. You also have access to the kayak launch at the property. You have your own grill and outdoor seating area (see pics). Access to the backyard is limited to this seating area only. This unit is perfect for a couple looking to stay in Weeki Wachee Gardens at an excellent location - we are 3 minutes walk from Rogers Park, a 5 minute paddle from Hospital Hole, and seconds from Upper Deck Restaurant (the only restaurant in the area). Other things to note Weeki Wachee Gardens is a charming town in Florida that attracts tourists who love nature and adventure. We are located right in the heart of Weeki Wachee Gardens right next to Upper Deck and a 3 minute walk to the beach at Rogers Park. One of the main attractions is the Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, where you can see live mermaids perform in a crystal-clear spring, take a river boat cruise to learn about Florida wildlife, or swim in the pristine waters at Buccaneer Bay. Or, you can also paddle down the Weeki Wachee River right from our backyard! The river is a beautiful waterway that flows from the spring to the Gulf of Mexico. Another reason to visit Weeki Wachee Gardens is to see the manatees, gentle marine mammals that frequent the river and the nearby coast. You can spot them from the house often, or paddle 5 minutes to Hospital Hole, an area where manatees love to congregate, especially during winter months. Weeki Wachee Gardens is a place where you can experience the magic of Florida’s natural springs and the wonder of its marine life.
