Other things to note This apartment is a private home, we want our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules: No eating or storing marijuana, durian or mangosteen in the room; Garbage must be transported to the garbage room by elevator to avoid insects and odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons; No smoking in the apartment. If you smoke on the balcony, you must keep your cigarette ash and throw it in the trash. Accommodation fee does not include: electricity 6 baht/unit, settled at check-out; If you book for more than seven days, cleaning service is provided every seven days, including changing bed sheets and towels.
