The luxurious, comfortable sofas and dining table create a perfect spot for dining The space Bedrooms: - The villa comprises 7 bedrooms, distributed as 2 in the basement, 1 on the ground floor, and 4 on the first floor. - Each bedroom is furnished with double beds, and additional bedding is available upon request. - Six of the bedrooms feature attached bathrooms for added convenience. Living Room: - The living room provides comfortable seating for 8 individuals, with an additional sofa arrangement for 4 more people. - A dining table with seating for 10 is situated in the living room. - The living room does not have air conditioning. - A television is available in the living room for your entertainment. Bathrooms: - The villa offers a total of 8 bathrooms, with 6 of them connected to bedrooms. - Basic toiletries are provided, and towels are included. - Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms for hot water supply. Kitchen & Meals: - Guests are kindly advised that outside meals are not permitted. Instead, they have the option to savor delicious, chef-prepared meals at an additional cost. Alternatively, should guests choose not to avail of this option, they can dine at the restaurant. - Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. - The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. - Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: - A private indoor pool is available from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (24*14*4.5 Ft). - The villa boasts a garden, seating area, gazebo. - The villa also features a balcony area, perfect for enjoying quality evenings. Additional Amenities: - There is a secure parking area available for 4 cars. Additional parking is available outside the property. - Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. - 2.1 woofer sound system. - In case of a power outage, there is a Genset backup (at additional cost). - If needed, mosquito repellent can be supplied to guests. - A bonfire can be arranged with advance notice and for an extra fee. - Complimentary WiFi is accessible. It may be intermittent. Other Important Information: - The property is nestled in a natural setting, and leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. - To ward off mosquitoes, repellents are provided, but we recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. TRUE FACTS: - Secured Parking Space for 4 cars. - Approach road may have potholes. - Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 10 pm. - Pets are allowed at the property at an additional cost of Rs 3,000/- per pet. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: - A refundable security deposit of INR 15000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
