Our place is close the main road surround with lots of vibrant street foods, restaurants, cafes and bars. In the community, it's true. But when you step into the door You will feel the peace, warm, cozy that is different from the outside world. Guest access Your private floor is the Entire 4th Fl. - 2 King-size bedrooms + 2private bathrooms+ living room with sofa bed + half kitchen +Terrace You can sit back, relax and have fun with a maximum of 5 guests at once in our place. Over of 4guests will be counted as extra guests. Please register the actual amount of guests. There is a fee for using extra sofa bed sheets.(400bt/day=we counted as and extra guest) Additionally, we provide televisions with android TV program and YouTube, electric heating for the shower, air conditioning for all floors. Other things to note -No shoes in house (put at shoe rack only) - When not in room, please turn off the air conditioning and all electricity. - Please shut the window or the door to avoid mosquitos or insects coming. - When open the window , please turn off the A/C to help combat global warming. - Extra bed use for extra person(charge per guest/night) Price will calculate with you registered. - The house may not be suitable for those who have problem going up and down the staircase. -No smoking all area in the house. Panalty fine: If smoke inside property there will be additional cleaning : THB 9080 (Cos of Ozone Service : THB 2500 / Cleaning fabric sofa : THB 2990/ Cleaning curtain and rug : THB 3590) - Please note we have CCTV at the entrance door . A garbage bin is on 1st floor at the back side of house.
