The space The flat is located on an exterior first floor and is distributed in three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, measuring 135x190, and another with two single beds of 90cm, and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite and one with a bathtub and shower. The flat also has three balconies to the outside. The flat also has ample wardrobes and the rooms are illuminated by LED lights. It also has a living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and crockery. It has air conditioning in all rooms and gas heating. Guest access It is a private space, designed exclusively for our guests, so you will have access to the accommodation in its entirety: kitchen-living room, bathrooms and bedrooms. We offer comfort and privacy at all times. There is a lift at your disposal. Other things to note Our flat is located in the area of Malasaña, very close to the Plaza de España and the wonderful main artery of the city, the Gran Vía. It is also next to other important tourist attractions such as the Palacio de Liria or the Plaza del Dos de Mayo.
