It’s spacious, with a working space, smart tv, mini fridge and so much more amenities. The neighborhood is diverse and safe. A lot of families and older folk reside here. This location is located about 15 minutes south of downtown Dallas and 15 minutes north of Waxahatchie. The space This room has: -a spacious closet - work desk 🖥️ -big room -comfy bed 🛌 -smart tv 📺 - high speed wifi -mini fridge The home has: - designated parking behind the house -outdoor patio -outdoor and indoor fireplace 🔥 - save money by using our newly built shed for storage - nice kitchen appliances and kitchen ware Additional perks: -Pay your one time cleaning fee for several cleanings the longer you stay. 🧼 Starting October 1st, 2023 we have cleaners clean the common areas 2-3 times a month. If you would like your room cleaned, it’s a separate charge. - For every month you stay, there is a 10% discount! Make sure to read about the non-refundable policy that’s installed. 🚨 - For additional guests outside of our 2 guest max is $5/night. We will not ⛔️ allow more than 4 people to stay in this room. Additionally, guests will be responsible for their own sleeping arrangements such as sleeping bags/mattresses. Caution ⚠️ - this room doesn’t have A/C, however, there is a larger heater/cooling fan that can warm/cool down the entire room. We had guests that love this room and barely had issues with the temperature with using the system. - this house is shared with other guests throughout the year. You will not have the whole house to yourself, common areas such as the kitchen, living room, common bathroom and outdoor patio will shared with everyone that resides there. All guests are responsible for keep all shared areas clean (including their own rooms) and safe for others. Please clean up behind yourself and place things in an orderly fashion. - if you break house rules, which is listed on your bedroom door, you will be asked to leave effective immediately after written and verbal warning. Please respect others and your hosts and clean behind yourself. Guest access Smart pad and key During your stay We are available from 10am to 6pm through the Airbnb app. We stop by the home once every week or two to check on the condition of the home or to make necessary adjustments for guests. Therefore if you need to speak us in person we will be available. We send updates or information to guests through app as needed. Other things to note We have cleaners clean your room and all shared and common areas every 3-4 weeks.
