Charming, older house surrounded by a large garden in a quiet and pleasant villa area. Not modern, not fancy, but lots of charm and coziness. The feeling of being in the countryside, but with a short distance to grocery stores, wine monopoly, idyllic Old Town, golf course and city center. 2 minutes to the bus stop. We occasionally have chickens in the garden, but have none this year so far. (If we get them and you wish, you can make sure they have food and water. We can agree on that in more detail.) The space There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, without a door in between, but no view and a living room with sofa, dresser and dressing table in between. On the 1st floor there is a tiny bunk bed room + living room, dining room, kitchen (without dishwasher) and a small bathroom with shower and washing machine. Fully furnished, including piano. TV is available, but without much content. How about cards, board games, badminton or croquet?
