This townhome comfortably sleeps a max of 11 guests total including children, infants & toddlers. The townhome offers a private walkway with an outdoor seating bench and opens to the main floor living area. Upon entering you will find the fully remodeled and stocked kitchen with ALL brand new appliances and gorgeous marble countertops. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave,/air fryer combo, coffee pot, blender - ALL APPLIANCES ARE BRAND NEW! Kitchen also offers spices, pots & pans, cookware, utensils, and everything you will need to make amazing meals! The dining room has a table that seats 6 along with 2 kitchen island barstools. There is a hallway closet and 1/2 bathroom also located off the kitchen area. The living room offers a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa and loveseat nestled in the corner by windows with gorgeous views. The living area has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV, board games, electric fireplace which adds to the ambiance of this amazing townhome. Just off the living area and adjacent to the kitchen is our outside deck which has a bistro table for 2 & gas barbecue. On the 3rd floor you will enter the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, large closet, smart TV and a dedicated workspace with a standing desk, adjustable office chair, external monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse along with office supplies and high speed internet, making working from home a breeze! The attached private bathroom suite offers dual marble sinks and a large spa shower equipped with infrared sauna lighting a full body shower panel and digital heat control. This bathroom is AH-MAZING! Down the hall from the master is the large roof top deck with breathtaking lake, mountain and forest views. The patio offers a seating area with a fire pit table to take in the amazing air, views and all the beauty of Tahoe, along with a private roof top hot tub! This bathroom is AH-MAZING! The 3rd bedroom is just down the hall and is equipped with a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. This suite also offers a handing hammock swing and flat screen TV. The marble sink vanity sits inside the bedroom, with an attached private toilet and tub/shower combo. During the summer there is access to the community amenities including tennis, pickle ball, basketball, ping pong, pool table, BBQ's, gated playground for children, fire pit, hot tub, and large heated outdoor pool. During the winter months the pool is closed, courts, playground, and BBQs not available, however other amenities are still accessible.
