Terrace and sunsets

Our house in Kerganet is a haven of peace with splendid views of the countryside and sunsets, close to the Gulf of Morbihan, the Auray and Bono rivers, and between the pretty towns of Auray and Vannes. In the countryside, but close to the villages of Baden and Plougoumelen, quiet, but in a hamlet of about fifteen houses. It is a large, lively family house, which aims to bring people together. Housekeeping is included in the rental, Linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), beds are made upon arrival. On the ground floor: - Living room with open kitchen (bar) and back kitchen - Master suite with bedroom, bathroom (shower, laundry room) and double dressing room, - Large entrance with cupboards, toilet with sink; On the 1st floor: - Beautiful living room with library and wii, distributing the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (bathtub and toilet). - Terrace of 120 m2, to the west and south, on land of 4000 m2 not overlooked. Large parking lot, electric charging station and garage with some bicycles and outdoor games. Guest access Large parking lot; Electric charging station; Possibility to store dinghy trailers. Other things to note Oya, our cat, lives there. He is very nice, lives mainly outside and sleeps in the garage (accessible by cat flap). You will only have to feed him (the kibble is provided, of course).
