Guest also enjoy access to our HOA pools (seasonal), pickle ball, tennis courts, basketball and bocce courts, playgrounds, driving range and more! Guest have access to HOA amenities WITH a vehicle pass, wristbands and FOB card that we provide, or guests may incur a fine. Other things to note -Potential guests please note that by accepting this reservation, you and your guests assume the risk of any harm arising from the use of our property, amenities, and entire home premise. All guests agree property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths or illness that occurs while guests are on the premises, using our outdoor equipment, or using our amenities off premise, nor are owners responsible for the loss of guests’ belongings. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A WAIVER for using our outdoor equipment. -SHL APO requires that all guest review & sign an acknowledgement of the Homeowner’s and SHL APO rules, conditions and regulations upon confirming a reservation. We'd be happy to send these rules prior to booking ! -Additionally, SHL APO requires guests to display vehicle pass displayed to access shared amenities, we will provide pass. - Please note owners will be sharing food storage space. - The home has many family-friendly amenities, but it is NOT child-proofed or handicap accessible-please monitor your children and pets at all times. -We have Wi-Fi Ring cameras pointing at the front door/driveway and at the two deck entrances in back. Cameras record motion and are accessible 24/7 via ring app for security purposes only. There are NO interior cameras. --The property is offered 'as is'. There may be an internet or power outage, construction nearby, etc. If anything is wrong with the property please report it immediately or you waive your right to remedy at a later date. We do not offer refunds for weather related incidents/power outages, etc. We suggest securing travel insurance to cover any cancellations/refunds not covered by our regular cancellation policy. --Pre-approval needed for any in-home services booked via Airbnb 3rd-parties (e.g., chefs).
