House with pool and tennis

An old house full of charm in the countryside less than 1 hour from Paris. It is located at the gates of Ile de France. 20 minutes from Chartres and Rambouillet, the train station is just a 5-minute drive away. Guests can fully enjoy the outdoors, with a large 4000 m2 garden, a tennis court and a fenced pool that is not overlooked. Beds are made upon arrival and cleaning fees are included. No parties allowed in the house. The space Outside: Swimming pool from May to September of 10 x 4 m, tennis court, terrace and parking for vehicles. Land of 4000 m2, fully fenced and not overlooked. Inside: 1st bedroom one double bed and dressing room 2nd bedroom, one double bed and one single bed 3rd bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds 4th bedroom one double bed and dressing room In the living room there is a sofa bed with a mattress. Upstairs, a large landing room serving as a second living room also has a sofa. 3 bathrooms, two showers and a bathtub. House Amenities: Bean and ground coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishes of all kinds, washing machine... Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, cleaning products... are available. High chair and travel cot available. Outdoor amenities: BBQ grill, umbrella, table, sun loungers and armchairs... For more comfort the beds are made upon your arrival, please ONLY use the beds prepared for you. Towels are extra. Guest access You have access to the whole house and its exteriors; swimming pool and tennis court included. Other things to note The calm of the neighborhood is very much appreciated.
