Set on an 800 sqm block with generous frontage. It features a smart layout, brand-new flooring, fresh paint, and ducted evaporative cooling. Tastefully decorated for a luxurious stay, it's perfect for guests seeking a relaxing, professionally managed coastal escape. The space Wifi has been upgraded to 100MBPS high speed. Please note that the house is fitted with a ducted evaporative Aircon in all rooms with one reverse cycle split system in the living area. Each room has portable heaters available. This single-story mansion has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, multiple (4) living area, a study nook, with master bedroom and a minor bedroom at the front of house serviced by an ensuite and a powder room, its own living areas and three other bedrooms at rear serviced by another full bathroom, chef's kitchen and another two living areas. There is total 4 sitting areas fully furnished with quality and stylish brand-new sofa and chairs. All the mattresses are medium firm and with good spring. A king bed is in the master room. It can easily accommodate 12 guests or 2-3 families. You still feel that there are a lot of space to move around. you can easily occupy a living area and make it your own to read a book or play with your tablet. Outside the patio would shield the sun and you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Beautiful garden and lawn to help you relax. Guest access Entire house is for the guests to use. Unfortunately outdoor spa is not working. 1 Air mattress in the master bedroom wardrobe and if can set up in the living area. 4 cars maximum can fit: 2 in garage and 2 in the driveway Other things to note Bond: To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we’ve recently introduced a refundable bond for guests without prior Airbnb reviews, local Perth guests bookings, event bookings, booking the maximum number of guests, or last minute booking which we think it could be higher risk than usual. If you have got airbnb reviews with good rating, most of the time, no bond is required. This policy helps us maintain a respectful environment and protect our properties, following a few past incidents. All bond will be requested on airbnb platform The bond amount guideline per stay is: • $500 for bookings with 1-2 bedrooms property, or • $1,000 for bookings with 3 bedrooms or more property • up to $2000 sometimes for guests under 26 years old or for mansion or high value properties The bond is an important part of Airbnb bookings as it ensures guests respect our quiet hours and no-party policy, protecting the comfort of our neighbors. It also encourages responsible use of the property, helps cover any unforeseen damages or extra cleaning if required, and provides peace of mind for both guests and hosts. To ensure the bond is fully refunded, we kindly ask that all house rules are followed, including: • No parties or unapproved events, • Respecting quiet hours (no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour), • No excessive alcohol use or anti-social behaviour, • No additional visitors beyond the number of guests on the booking without host prior approval • No excessive rubbish — we don’t mind if both bins are full, but waste exceeding bin capacity will incur a disposal and labour fee. Please note that one vanity unit is stained with pigmentation, so it has yellow marks. It is not dirty. Pool is not heated Be mindful of the quiet hours and noise level. This is a quiet neighborhood. While you are on holiday your neighbors may have work commitment next morning and their kids may need to sleep early for schools. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and fully functional property for you to enjoy during your stay. However, unforeseen circumstances or minor oversights may occasionally occur. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we work to address any concerns promptly. Please contact us upon your arrival for any issues or concerns you have which will give us the opportunity to address the issue, such as we can send cleaner back to clean the areas which are overlooked. Or technician back to address any mechanical issues, such as a malfunction aircon. We do not offer refunds for the following reasons: - If the room appears smaller than it does in the photos. - If there isn’t as much storage as you expected. - If the house or its amenities look slightly different from the listing photos, as we regularly update or replace items to maintain the property. - If the house doesn’t smell as you expected. Our cleaners sometimes use vinegar as a natural cleaning agent, which may leave a residual scent that can be cleared with ventilation. - If the floor feels dusty on bare feet. As the property may be vacant for a few days before your arrival, a slight buildup of dust is possible. - If a cleaner has inadvertently left behind an item, such as a mop, or if minor rubbish is found under the bed. Please note that it’s never our intention to mislead guests. While we aim for the listing photos to represent the property accurately, minor variations are inevitable. We encourage guests to carefully read the listing description before booking to avoid any misunderstandings. Security Camera: We declare that there are no internal cameras in any of Aus Vision Realty’s listing. If you find external Cameras declared in the listing which means, there are working cameras onsite. If there are no declared cameras in the listing, even you find external cameras, they are either not in use, disconnected or they are dummies. For properties with swimming pools, we cannot provide refunds for minor issues such as dust at the bottom of the pool or leaves blown in by the wind. We assure you that the pool is regularly cleaned and maintained for your safety and enjoyment. We also respectfully request that minor issues do not result in low ratings, as we put significant effort into maintaining and enhancing the property for all guests. If you are seeking 24-hour services or have expectations more aligned with a five-star hotel, we recommend considering alternative accommodation, as unposted (no one lives onsite) Airbnb properties may not fully meet those needs.
