The Soffitta apartment is located in the village of Giomici and is on two levels. On the first floor there is a sitting room with kitchenette and a sofa bed for one person, while on the upper floor there is the double bedroom and the bathroom. It is perfect for couples or families with one child. The space You can also use the swimming pool located at 3 kmts from the apartment, in our beautiful countryside, surrounded by a terracotta-tiled solarium equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, garden tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool there is a wooden changing room. In the surrounding lawn there are some games for children and a ping-pong table. The swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September at a cost of 7 Euros per person, by reservation only. Utilities, sheets, towels and final cleaning included (daily cleaning available on request). Pets accepted at a cost of 20 Euros per stay. Other things to note The area offers many opportunities for recreation: artistic destinations (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Todi, Fabriano, Urbino, ...), activities in nature (excursions, caving, hang gliding, canyoning), sports (horseback riding, tennis), discovery of local crafts (pottery, wrought iron, ...), tasting of local products (oil, wine, cold cuts, cheeses, legumes, ...).
