The space Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom ( 2BR adjacent units) , 30 sqm each condo units, accommodating up to 10 guests. The open-plan living area includes a fully-equipped kitchenette, and both bedrooms feature air conditioning for a restful sleep. Guest access As our esteemed guests, enjoy access to the condo's amenities, including the gym, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, and swimming pool. Kindly note that, to prevent overcrowding, the condo administration allows a maximum of 8 persons to use the pool simultaneously. Every Monday morning, the admin performs general maintenance in the pool area and therefore not accessible at these times. Parking is free for motorcycles and 400php will be charged (overnight) parking for 4-wheel vehicles. Other things to note We charge a 300 PHP transient fee, which we've listed under the cleaning fee. This fee covers the maintenance of the common areas and pool usage. Please note that this is not a traditional cleaning fee, but rather a necessary charge for maintaining the amenities during your stay, as Airbnb does not have a specific option for a transient fee. **NO VISITOR/s, UNLESS PERMITTED POLICY** 1. No visitors are allowed in the premises unless explicitly permitted by the host. 2. Only registered guests are allowed to enter and stay overnight. 3. Guests must request permission from the host if they wish to have visitors. 4. Requests should be made upon booking or at least 24 hours before the intended visit. 5. The host reserves the right to approve or deny any visitor request at their discretion. 6. Permission for visitors may be granted based on factors such as the number of visitors, duration of visit, and impact on other guests. 7. If approved, guests are responsible for ensuring that their visitors adhere to all house rules and policies. 8. Guests must accompany their visitors at all times while they are on the property. 9. The host has the right to request identification from visitors for security purposes. 10. Approved visitors are subject to a charge of P200 per visitor. This charge helps cover the additional administrative work and ensures compliance with security ad building regulations. 11. Visitors must stay only in the guest’s room and are not permitted to use any of the property’s amenities (e.g., swimming pool, gym, lounge areas). 12. By booking the rental, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by this no visitor unless permitted policy. NOTE: Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines, penalties, and immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
