It's a newly renovated, 2 room apartment furnished in bohemian design. The perfect location in the famous downtown 'District 7' is ideal for great sightseeing and also for comforting relaxation. The apartment has 2 SEPARATELY OPENING rooms, so it is perfectly ideal for not only one but two couples as well. Both rooms have galleries; in the bigger room, the gallery functions as a bedroom with a spacious french style double bed, while in the small room, the double bed is on the basement level. The space The whole apartment is very sunny and has a lot of natural light. In both rooms though, you can dim the lights, there are many different sources of lights you can choose from. My favourite handmade ceramic lamp (under the TV) was made by a friend of mine specifically for the apartment :) If you wish to sleep longer, there are window blinds in both rooms, so even in the daytime you can make complete darkness. The space is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV, a retro radio, an induction plate, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, water boiler, a toaster and a washing machine. The Wi-Fi connection is great, the apartment is suitable for home-office workers. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Please read and respect our house rules. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
