Note: Garage access is not included. Other things to note There are frequent patrols from local law enforcement, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. This mountain property may have amenity limitations. Guests may occasionally experience disruptions in water, internet, heating, and electricity, as these services can be influenced by the natural elements. Additionally there is no air conditioning in the home. Please keep in mind the unique environment when planning your stay. There are several insects and small animals that are native to the area. The home and neighborhood features beautiful tall mature trees and wooded areas. You can expect to encounter one or more native insects such as: bees, ants, tree cockroaches or mosquitoes. Additionally, it’s not uncommon to see lizards, opossums, and squirrels. Although some if these may be unsightly, they are a part of the local ecosystem. We know pest control is important and we have a regular service that maintains our home to prevent/ reduce the presence of insects. Although we take extra steps to mitigate pests it’s impossible to completely avoid them, especially outdoors. Caution: In Big Bear, CA, you may encounter native wildlife.
