The apartment is on the 6th floor of an elegant condominium located on a perpendicular of Viale L. da Vinci. The center of Rome is easily accessible by both bus and metro (S.Paolo stop, line B). The area is quiet but full of services and clubs (cafes, pubs, restaurants, taverns, cinemas), very popular with young people thanks to the presence of the University. The Basilica of San Paolo and the characteristic Garbatella district, one of the most lively in the capital, are within walking distance. The space The apartment, in an elegant building with a courtyard and internal garden, consists of a very large room and a smaller room. Both rooms are equipped with new air conditioners. WiFi for internet connection and a Smart TV are, of course, available. In the equipped kitchen, there is everything you need, including an electric oven and microwave. You can also use the moka pot for a pleasant morning coffee. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower stall, bidet, hairdryer, as well as a washing machine. A long balcony runs through the entire apartment and on summer evenings it is pleasant to enjoy the fresh air of Rome. Everything has just been renovated. Guest access Access is via Via Antonino Pio 40. To reach the entrance door, walk along the entire driveway of the building, surrounded by classical statues, planters and benches where you can stop, until you reach BUILDING C, STAIRCASE A. Once inside, on the left is the elevator that leads to the sixth floor of the building where the apartment is located, immediately recognizable by the numeric keypad on the door.
