The only area that is off limits is the locked owner's closet. The laundry room is a shared amenity with the rest of our guests in the building. It's located on the ground floor of the building, free of charge. Other things to note We provide our guests with a "starter kit" of supplies to make your stay more comfortable, including: - 2 bathing towels and 2 washcloths per guest - 2 hand towels in the bathrooms - Body soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner - 2 kitchen towels - 3 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms - 2 rolls of paper towel under the kitchen sink - Dishing washing soap - Nespresso coffee pods, tea, coffee creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil and vinegar Special notes: ⭐️There is some potential for noise from the other units. This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking. ⭐️HVAC: the suite is heated and cooled by a mini-split, located in the living room. Tower fans are provided for guests who require additional cooling in the bedrooms. There are also baseboard heaters in the bedrooms for additional heat. ⭐️Laundry: Laundry is a shared amenity in the building. The laundry room is on the lowest level of the building. We do not provide laundry soap however there is a Shopper's Drug Mart located a short 5 minute drive from the building where you can purchase some.
