The space The property accommodates up to 16 guests, with 5-bedroom, 8 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The main house has a total of 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two full beds and shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has 3 beds. The main house bedrooms allow access to all the house’s amenities without having to worry about the stairs! The Spaces There is dining area here for everyone to lounge together after a day at the beach! Next to the pool, access a covered terrace and sitting area. From here you can enjoy the afternoon from comfy rocking chairs. The sparkling pool are just steps away. Staff comes to do daily maintenance to the pool outdoor and garden, if privacy is preferred let us know in advance. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and the fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. And don’t forget the tables on the terrace and deck! Just outside the main house, you can find a gas grill (gas replenishment on guest). Other things to note Early checkin or Late checkout will result in an additional charge if no prior arrangements have been made $40 per hour. Access to additional club area has an additional cost. Only guests in reservation can visit the property. $40 fee per unannounced guests. $150 Misplaced or lost keys. Groundskeeper staff usually in the property doing maintenance like cleaning around garden and pool maintenance. As is the case in all the coastal area in El Salvador there might power outage in case of maintenance from the company, bad weather and or tropical storms. This is an open air accommodation surrounded by nature. Disclaimer: In this natural space around the property you may see or come in contact with the natural wildlife of the region, which includes but is not limited to: bees, wasps, spiders, milipedes, iguanas, frogs, opossums, scorpions, beetles, snakes, ants, bugs, racoons, etc. Although chances of an encounter with these animals are extremely rare, you must be aware of the natural environment surrounding the property which includes beach, mountain and a nearby creek. We pride ourselves in maintaining our natural spaces pesticide free to protect the biodiversity and welcome those guests who share the same passion of protecting the environment. In cases of bad weather there might be lightouts in all the coastal area of El Salvador.
