The accommodation is divided into two units, the first is in the basement floor and the second on the ground floor near the pool. The first consists of a large open living area consisting of living room and kitchen, two bathrooms complete with each service with three bedrooms. One is made up of two single beds and the remaining two beds are double. The second unit consists of dining/living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one with single bed and one full bathroom. The space The outdoor spaces are well cared for and equipped, you have a barbecue, a covered relaxation area and furnished with a living room and a large swimming pool, for exclusive use, to brighten your stay and make your stay as relaxing as possible. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, microwave, barbecue and ample uncovered parking inside where you can park your car. Other things to note AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: - Bedding and bath linens The first supply is optional and has an additional cost of €15 per person (one-off). If necessary, please inform the property before arrival. - Linen change Available upon request, at an additional cost of €15 per person. - Tourist tax To be paid at check-in: €1.50 per night per person, from May 1 to September 30, for the months of July and August, for guests aged 14 and over. The tax is not included in the price of the stay. - Domestic animals Pets are welcome in our villa and are subject to a surcharge. It is mandatory to indicate its presence at the time of booking. Any animals not previously communicated may not be accepted or may result in a request for an additional payment on site. - Electric car charging It is strictly forbidden to recharge electric or plug-in hybrid cars using the sockets of the house or common areas, which are not designed for this use. The consumption included refers exclusively to normal use of the accommodation.
