Featuring four comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, this home provides ample space and privacy for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure a restful nights sleep after a big day at the beach or theme parks. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. 5 minute drive to Labrador beach 10 minute drive to Surfers Paradise 15 minute drive to the theme park The space Tastefully renovated villa in Labrador. Our cosy unit features 4 x bedrooms with built in robes, the Unit comfortably sleep 8 persons. Bedroom configuration is as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds A Porta Cot and High Chair are available for hire, on request: Porta Cot: $35 per stay (with linen) High Chair: $15 per stay Please advise us with advance notice if you would like to hire the Porta Cot (with linen) and High Chair. Car Parking: 1 dedicated car park is provided right out front of the unit. There is extra visitor parking next to the unit which can also be used during your stay. Otherwise plenty of street parking and please no parking on the grass. I have endeavoured to provide an Airbnb experience that is a home away from home with a touch of luxury. If there is anything extra or further you require during your stay, I will endeavour to satisfy your requests. Guest access You shall have full and private access to the Unit and 1 car park during your stay. If you have more than 1 car, there may be a visitor park available you can use, otherwise plenty of street parking. No parking on the grass. Our unit allows for a self check in. Instruction will be sent to you the morning of arrival. Other things to note All linen, Towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen condiments and essentials are also supplied for your enjoyment during your stay. Less items to pack! If you have more than 1 car, there may be a visitor park available you can use, otherwise plenty of street parking. No parking on the grass or double parking/blocking other vehicles in. We also ask that you always "swim between the flags" if visiting our Surf Beaches. Our beaches are beautiful and world famous, however there can be unseen rips in the Ocean. Please always read the surf life saving signs when visiting the surf beach and "swim between the flags".
