The living room boasts comfortable and luxurious seating along with a flat screen smart tv above the stunning marble fireplace. The dinning room can host 6 guests. This home has a large front porch with comfortable patio seating, a small side porch off the kitchen. The large yard is fully fenced in. Need a workspace? Choose between the bay window seating nook with table, large dinning room or desk area located in the main bedroom. Take a stroll down the neighborhood streets to admire the beauty and architecture of your surroundings, hop on your bike for a ride to the local farmers market, take a quick 1 mile drive to the University of Arkansas to catch a Razorback game or host a family style dinner in the dinning room followed by smores out front.
