The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath, also with a bathtub. There is a cozy living area with a comfy sofa, a breakfast area and a fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer to use at your leisure and a desk with wifi if you need to work from home. The property offers plenty of parking on the front gravel drive, a partially fenced backyard and a great deck to grill out your fresh catch from the bay! We have included games, books, toys, hair dryers, a steamer, a booster seat and more to make this property as family friendly as possible! We love traveling with our kids and wanted to make it as convenient as possible for others to do so, as well. Inside the gated entrance, you are steps away from deeded bay access provided to all properties on the street. It is the perfect spot to take your kayak or paddle board or just a cold drink and a beach chair! The sunsets on Mobile Bay are stunning! We offer a keyless entry with a unique code for your stay and a Blink doorbell system with camera in case you need any assistance. You have access to the entire property, including the deeded bay access. We are happy to help should any issues arise or if you need recommendations for things to do in our area! This property is located on a secluded street with a gated entrance. There are only a few houses on the street so the location is relatively private. There are some areas for biking and walking but mostly car transportation. Our home is one mile away so we are readily available to help with any issues or offer any recommendations for our area. We purchased this property this year and it has been a true labor of love. We hope you love it as much as we do!
