Parking for 4 cars max: 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway There are so many places for the family to gather and relax at this home. Whether you are cooking a meal, playing board games at the dining table, or watching a movie in the living area you can still be a part of the action in this open-concept living space. Upstairs there’s even a bonus game room with a pool table and a 50" 4K UHD Samsung smart TV. and outside you’ll find a fully fenced in backyard and private hot tub. The living area has a comfortable sofa that seats 5, a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights, and a new 50" 4K UHD Samsung smart TV. The fully stocked and spacious kitchen will be a delight for the chef of the group. With plenty of counter space, fantastic pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, new GE gas range (w/ convection oven/air fry/griddle panel), new large fridge/freezer with ice maker, new microwave, & dishwasher. you have everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal for the family to enjoy. When food is hot and ready to be served the dining table is just steps away with seating for 8. There are 5 additional seats at the kitchen counter. If you prefer to dine al fresco the upper back deck has a gas BBQ and small table with seating for 2. There is also a picnic bench for added outdoor seating. When it’s time for sleep there are 4 comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find bedrooms 1 and 2. Bedroom 1 has sliding door access to the backyard. Both rooms share the downstairs bathroom with single sink and shower/tub combo. On the main level is the large master bedroom and bath complete with king bed, jetted tub, large walk-shower and double vanity. There is also access to the master bathroom from the hallway. Lastly, bedroom 4 is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen bed and it’s own bath with single sink and shower/tub combo. Pets are not allowed. There is no air-conditioning. For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant & monitors decibel levels in living areas & outside to protect you from noise complaints. This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety & security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes. A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected 60 days before check-in. The security deposit amount is $1,000 for stays of 30 nights $2,000 for stays of 31-59 nights, and $3,000 for stays of 60-90 nights. Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant. Any funds remaining in the Security Deposit not required to repair damage or for extra cleaning will be refunded within 21 days of departure. VHR Permit: 009556 RE License # 02198287 Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: - This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 8 adults max or 10 in a family with 3+ children. This is the max occupancy 24/7 during your stay. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 4, with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Any damages caused by guests or pets which exceeds the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours. If you book this home the same day as your stay begins, please contact us first so we can ensure the home is ready in time for your stay.
