Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence with immediate proximity to water, beach and hiking areas. The space Great hiking and fishing opportunities. Approx. 15 min by car to Arendal city center. 50 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo. 3 minutes by car to grocery store. 10 min drive to Hove, located south of Tromøya. The area has rest areas along the waterfront, family-friendly beaches and great cliffs to walk along. Approx. 10 minutes drive to Løkholmen beach and recreational area. Here you can also find a volleyball court, obstacle course, playground, diving board, wheelchair ramp and beach promenade. There is an industrial area on the other side of Tromøysundet.
