The space The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed serviced by an en-suite bath and shower. Outside, there is an enclosed private patio with seating and hot tub, along with designated parking for one car, and an overflow car park. With effect from 8th August 2024 strictly no use of hot tub after 10pm. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 1.3 miles, a beach. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. Over the winter/ spring period there will be some renovations taking place to another building on the site, these are all internal works so noise and disruption will be minimal. The team are working to restricted hours 9am-5pm/ Mon- Fri and have been advised to keep noise to a minimum, ie no loud radio/ shouting etc..
