Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV. Guest access Very small patio area to sit in, with view on to family garden. It is set back but is part of our garden, not a private area, and our dogs may come and visit you if the door is open, unless you tell me that you do not like dogs, which is also OK! Please be aware that the driveway and paving stones may be slippery when wet. Other things to note Please note that there is no television. The property has one double bed.
