Area without noise and very quiet on the outskirts of town. A 5 minute walk from Bodegas Vertijana and 15 minutes drive from the Enchanted Forest. The house has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, outdoor patios. There is an option to rent the basement for meetings and events or use of sports equipment (bicycle x2, weights). The space All parts of the house have views of the countryside, the garden with fruit trees and / or Sierra Nevada, as it has no nearby buildings, which allows not only to be in direct contact with nature, seeing the snow in the mountains, its beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and starry skies, but also find a home of disconnection without noise and light pollution where you can enjoy the silence, the sound of animals and stillness.
