Numerous bus stops, city bikes and a taxi station are in the immediate vicinity The space The apartment is on the fourth floor of a period building. The building has an elevator, reachable by climbing a flight of stairs. The apartment offers the following spaces: - A bright open space that includes a living area with smart TV, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. - A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. - A second smaller bedroom with a double bed. This room does NOT have air conditioning, but on request we can provide a fan during the warmer months. - A spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower. Other things to note The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, in a pedestrian area that allows privileged access to the main points of interest in the city, all within walking distance. Nearby, you will find numerous bus stops that connect interests outside the city, such as Miramare, Barcola, Muggia and the Karst. The train station is only a 10-minute walk away, while taxi parking is only a two-minute walk away. For those arriving by car, we provide some parking tips near the apartment: - Paid outdoor parking (blue stripes) available in Piazza Oberdan, only a two-minute walk from the apartment. - Parking Saba Foro Ulpiano, a multi-story parking lot for a fee, is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. - Alternatively, you can find free parking (white stripes) available in Via Coroneo or Via Fabio Severo.
