The name on your ID must match the name on your reservation. Monthly Utility Allowance The monthly rate includes a generous $250 utility allowance, which covers gas/electric, water, and WiFi. In our experience, most guests stay well within this amount. If your usage exceeds the allowance, we’ll provide copies of the bills and submit a payment request through Airbnb for the difference.
