PelionBNB Villas [AMA: 1864777, 1864798] are 2 beautiful - 4BDR each - homes, perfect for those seeking a luscious green setting with ​simple elegance and amazing views, as well as being just over the beach and ​to the famous picturesque Pelion villages and trails.​ A small, almost private, beach - just an actual 3 min walk downhill on a soil path - awaits you to immerse into the turquoise Aegean waters, whereas famous Papa-Nero Beach is another 3 min walk away. The space Villa Azalea + Villa Kamelia are two beautiful villas perched on the hill right over famous Papa Nero beach. Together they form a magic property, with a capacity to host up to 17 guests. The villas boast stylish living rooms, open plan kitchens, eight spacious bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms) and ambient outdoor space. Layout of Villa AZALEA - The top level features the living room with its fireplace and a long dining table along with a fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor space of this level there is a stone-made BBQ along with sitting space, under the tree shade. - One level lower the first two bedrooms, with their en-suite bathrooms, are located. The two bedrooms enjoy sea views and share a veranda facing the Aegean blue. - On the lowest level there are two more spacious bedrooms, also with ensuite bathrooms. Layout of Villa KAMELIA - The main level features the living room with its fireplace and a long dining table along with a fully equipped kitchen. The large veranda offers stunning sea views. - One level up there is a bright bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom, and a magic "writer's" corner - enjoying sea view - along with a single sofa bed. - The lower level has another three spacious bedrooms, with their en-suite bathrooms. Other things to note PARTIES & EVENTS Parties and events are allowed, provided that there has been prior communication with the owner at the time of booking. In this case (i.e. marriage parties, Check-in / Check-out Whenever possible, we’re glad to offer early check-in or late check-out if there are no adjacent bookings 🙂. Otherwise, we kindly ask that official check-in and check-out times are respected so we can prepare the villa properly for all guests. Downhill Road to the Villa The cement road leading down to the villa is safe but quite steep. If you feel your vehicle may struggle on the way back up, we recommend leaving it outside the entrance and continuing on foot 🚗🌿. Laundry The washing machine is shared between the villas. Each villa has access every second day in rotation, starting from 4pm. This way, everyone can use it fairly and without overlap 🧺. Beach Access Guests can enjoy beach access via the traditional kalderimi path right outside the property (please don’t use the one passing through the lowest villa). Simply open the small wooden gate opposite the lower parking area and follow the stone-and-soil path down to the sea. * Walking time: about 10 minutes downhill. * Many guests love its scenic, authentic feel 🌿, though it may be a little challenging for those with mobility limitations or who prefer an easier walk. * Please wear proper shoes (trainers or sturdy sandals) — slippers are not suitable 👟.
