Our condo is conveniently located in close proximity to various CBDs (Ortigas, BGC and Makati) and malls (Estancia Capitol Commons, Shangri-la, SM Megamall, Podium, Robinson's Galleria, Uptown Mall, BGC High Street, SM Aura, Mitsukoshi, Greenbelt, Glorietta, etc. ), making it an ideal base for both business and leisure travelers. As much as we love pets, we have a strict no-pet policy in our condo. This decision was made with the comfort and safety of all our guests in mind. Allowing pets in our place would require extensive cleaning between guests to ensure that no traces of pet hair or dander remain, which can be a difficult task. Thank you for your understanding.. Guest access All registered guests will have access to; Pool is available for guests every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with Php 200 fee per guest. Thursday is cleaning day. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are strictly for residents use only. - Grand Lobby with activity area - Paid parking available. The building has 5 level basement parking. (Please advise the host at least 2 days before arrival if you need a parking space).. - Sky Lounge at Roof deck - Playground - Basketball Court - Picnic and Grilling Area - Minipark with Gazebos - Kiddie Pool, Leisure Pool and Lap Pool - Convenience store at Basement 1 Gym access is not allowed to guests at this time. Other things to note For LONG STAY guests (stay more than 28 days), electricity is only limited to ₱3,000. Any excess amount during your stay will be charged separately. Extra guest fee: ₱499 per person per night, for more than 3 guests Max of 4 guests. Please note that our space is self-check-in but if you wish to meet the host, we are happy to accommodate. Use the 4 digit code given to you prior to check in - Please let us know when you have checked out - No refund for early checkout House Rules: - Please dispose your trash properly - Strictly NO cooking of fish, dried fish or any kind of food that has strong odor (Php 5000 fine will apply for violators) - Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and balcony (Php 5000 fine will apply for violators) - No parties or loud noises allowed. Quiet time starts at 10pm - No pets allowed - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed - Help us save energy by turning off the lights and aircon whenever you leave. - Please do not hang towels, clothes, etc. on balcony railings - Please clean as you go. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of Php 1,000.00.
