The Flat

Would you like your own private space, then the flat is for you. Small 1 bedroom flat located in Kalgoorlie. Close to IGA O'Connor, Oasis and really not that far from town. Note: There is no outside space/patio or washing machine etc. We also have 2 resident dogs who love to say Hi. Treat our property with respect, we live in main house and will be there during your stay. Please notify us of any damages so we can rectify immediately. Min booking of 4 nights. The space Has 1 bedroom (queen bed) with ceiling fan, lovely bathroom and lounge/kitchen (no laundry) with 2x La-z-boy recliners. Has heating and cooling (split system). Wifi. Guest access Access to whole self contained flat. Other things to note Simple tea, coffee & milk will be supplied as well as towels etc. We also have 3x security cameras on the exterior of the property. Which only records movement (no audio) of our driveway / shared spaces. *** Please read - important *** Our dogs love our guests and whilst we respect your privacy, the dogs dont understand those boundaries and will definitely visit from time to time. If you aren't a lover of dogs / animals then sadly this property isn't for you. Our front and side yard are a shared space with the flat/guests and our dogs if you are uncomfortable with dogs please do not book, perhaps choose another property for your upcoming stay. We want you to enjoy your time in Kalgoorlie and we won't be locking them up. We also own chickens, rabbit and birds (they on the other hand are restricted to their own areas).
