JUM SAD VZX82 Our newly designed modern 3 bedroom Loft is located in the heart of The Dubai Marina (JBR), a few minutes walk from Marina Mall. The loft is steps from sun, sand and shopping including 100's of restaurants, 2km beach and numerous activities all without the need of transportation. The tram is steps from the building if you ever need to take the metro around Dubai. This 3 Bed Loft includes upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with wood flooring and modern finishing, can accommodate up to 5 adults and additional children. High chair and baby cot available on request. The master bedroom uses a 200x200cm bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a 180x200cm bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which has a 90x200 cm bed. The living room is designed in a modern manner and there is a balcony overlooking the beach and the Palm. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a toaster, kettle, nespresso machine, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more. We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, nespresso capsules, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Representative will meet you at the building to handover the key and access card. JBR is Dubai Marina's beachfront promenade which includes 100's of restaurants and activities along the beach. As the property is located in one of the most dense districts in Dubai the location includes an adjacent tram which is around 30 meters from the building entrance. Additionally, Uber and taxi's are plentiful. One thing to note is that on Friday and Saturday evening the traffic can be quite heavy and therefore it is recommended to plan accordingly. 1. 2 dedicated parking spaces adjacent to building elevator entrance. 2. Fitness center accessible for guests with access card. (20 meters from building) 3. Pool access adjacent to building also with access card.
